Nicole has over sixteen years of experience in Recruiting in the following industries: Higher Education; SAAS; Restaurant & Hospitality; Logistics & Supply Chain; Insurance Sales; Healthcare and Manufacturing.
She has over eleven years in HR practices and strategies such as: Performance Management; Diversity & Inclusion; Training and Development; Employee Relations; and Succession Planning.
She has over ten years in Leadership: Hiring; Coaching; Training, and Mentoring small and large teams to successful outcomes.
She has also worked as a Consultant for over two years; assisting companies in their pursuit of top talent, nationally and internationally.
Why should Nicole be trusted with your business? She has achieved much success, however, she is also someone who has faced discrimination, setbacks and even failures in her career. She desires to see others thrive in their professional lives; to see others doing what they're passionate about and working for a company that pushes them into greatness. She has been in rooms with company executives that do want to see their people happy and productive. She's also counseled many executives on what is working and what's not working within their company. She wants to continue working with companies that are aware that change must happen in order to see improvement.
